I started keeping a pen and notebook on my night stand so that I could write things down that I was thinking about as I was trying to go to sleep. Not only did it save me time the next day, it also saved my sanity! Instead of laying awake at night worrying that I would forget to do something, I would write it down and it allowed my mind to relax. More sleep = Happy mom!
